2022 DEUS Vayanne

2022 DEUS Vayanne

At the 2022 @nyautoshow, Austrian-based car manufacturer DEUS Automobiles announced a electric hypercar known as the Deus Vayanne. The 2022 DEUS Vayanne was a collaborative effort between DEUS Automobiles, Italian-based design and engineering company, Italdesign Giugiaro S.p.A., and Williams Advanced Engineering, which is the technology and engineering services business of the Williams Group, which includes their Formula One Team, Williams Advanced Engineering and other divisions such as Williams Heritage, Williams Hybrid Power (WHP), and more. This niche all-electric hypercar was designed by DEUS Automobiles' founder and Head of Design, Adrian-Filip Butuca, and production is planned to begin in the year 2025, with only 99 examples to be produced for the entire world. The Vayanne is said to be engineered to achieve a 0-60mph time of around 2 seconds, with a top speed of about 248mph, and while these are just computer-simulated performance numbers, they are certainly quite impressive. Together, Adrian-Filip Butuca, and Deus Co-founder and Managing Director, Dierk Schröder, are currently leading the effort to bring the Vayenne to the market, with a direct focus on performance, luxury, exclusivity, and a commitment to zero waste. The front and rear grilles feature a hexagon-shaped pattern that progressively deviates in severity in order to provide the necessary airflow needed for both the cooling system and overall aerodynamic performance. The interior is just as futuristic as the exterior, and features a ‘green’ interior that includes natural leather upholstery that was developed and treated with sustainable, technologically advanced solutions, a fully digital instrument cluster, a configurable Deus Active Sound system, and a technology known as the ‘Halo Infinity Mirror’, which is a multi-strip of lights that wrap around the cabin.
