2020 Fiat 500e Full Electric

2020 Fiat 500e Full Electric

This is the incredibly rare, and special 2020 Fiat 500e Full Electric (X000076) by Italian plastic contemporary furniture manufacturer, Kartell, in collaboration with Fiat, Italian luxury fashion house, Bulgari, and Italian luxury fashion house, Armani with support from the Italian luxury brands committee know as the Fondazione Altagamma (Altagamma Foundation). All togeher, between Kartell, Armani, and Bulgari, three Fiat 500e one-offs were developed, all of which will be auctioned off to benefit one of American actor and film producer Leonardo Di Caprio’s environmental organizations, who has become an endorser of the Fiat 500 as a whole. This interesting one-off’s design pattern is inspired by Kartell’s Kabuki lamp, which was made using Kartell's sophisticated injection mold technology, designed by Ferruccio Laviani. The exterior of this special Fiat is a combination of materials consisting of rubber, plastic, metal, glass, and fabric, all finished in the same shade known as ‘Kartell Blue’, which is a shade that is derived from the International Klein Blue hue which was first ever mixed by French artist Yves Klein. This one of one creation features a luminous interior which uses recycled polyester for the fabrics, and the intriguing design seen on the front grille, rims, and mirror housing were made using recycled polycarbonate. The surfaces of the car’s bodywork are finished using an environmentally friendly chrome paint which creates a mirror effect within the ‘Kartell Blue’ coloring, and the way it seems, this example will forever remain one-of-a-kind. The new 500 (project 332) was styled by Lorenzo Battisti & Dario Pellegrino, and was first ever revealed on March 4th, 2020 in Milan.
