This is the ultra-rare, extremely unique 2014 Lucra LC470-FS, and it’s owned by a friend of ours, @lc470fs. The Lucra LC470-FS is one of only about 50 cars ever produced by the @lucracars company. However, it’s the only Lucra to carry the distinctive ‘FS’ designation in its name. What sets the FS apart from all other Lucra models is its monstrous, naturally aspirated 440ci Warhawk V8 engine, producing an astonishing 775 horsepower, along with a host of other one-off features—particularly in its custom bodywork. At first glance, some might mistake this wild machine for a kit car or a custom build based on an existing platform, mainly due to its radical appearance. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. The LC470-FS rides on a factory-built, carbon fiber monocoque chassis—proof that this car is a bespoke creation from the ground up. In fact, this particular Lucra is longer than any other LC470 ever made—by six inches—thanks to the massive engine upgrade that demanded additional length. It also features several exclusive design elements, including a set of quad exhaust tips on both sides, a crisp white exterior finish, and numerous subtle changes that distinguish it from its siblings. Lucra’s founder, Luke Richards, has long envisioned a car that blends the raw, unapologetic power of American muscle with the agility and finesse of a European sports car. That vision is realized here. Behind the wheel of the LC470-FS, drivers experience the visceral rumble and torque-rich performance of a traditional muscle car, married with the handling characteristics and poise found in high-end European exotics. With a top speed of 210 mph and a blistering 0-60 time of just 2.3 seconds, this machine is not only rare—it’s seriously fast. Follow @lc470fs for more.
