This magnificent car shown here is a 2023 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport finished in a striking color known as ‘Royal Blue’ exposed carbon fiber with ‘Argent’ colored accents over a ‘Havana’ leather interior with ‘Lake Blue’ stitching! This example, owned by super.sport.1.1 represents 1 of a believed 114 total Chiron Super Sport examples built thus far, which is out of around 500 total Chiron examples developed throughout all variations of the model. During the Bugatti 110th-anniversary tour in Europe, a new model known as the Chiron Sport was released for the first ever time. The Super Sport differentiates itself from the standard Chiron by way of it’s slightly altered design characteristics, a more powerful engine borrowed from the Centodieci, the exhaust system from the Centodieci, and also an increased top speed. The car is powered by a 1,580 hp quad-turbocharged W16 engine, and is capable of top speeds near almost 300mph. Another variant, known as the Chiron Super Sport 300+, recently broke the top speed record with an unreal speed of 304.773 mph. The Super Sport model shown here is essentially a toned down version of the 300+, if you will, and is not offered with interior stiffening, and features a lower top speed, and more leather on the interior, similar to what’s seen on the standard Bugatti Chiron. The Chiron Super Sport features a 25cm longer rear, and a revised front end, in order to better accommodate the airflow and aerodynamics of the car. This particular example is known as the 1/1 Belgium Addition, being that it was the only Super Sport to be delivered to Belgium. This car features a unique 1 of 1 plaque from Bugatti which indicates this car is a true one-off, and it’s certainly one of our favorite specifications we’ve seen to date.
How many made? Bugatti plans to produce a total of 500 Chiron units, including all variants. Approximately 114 Chiron Super Sport examples have been built thus far.
