2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Convertible

2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Convertible

This is simply one of the most captivating Corvette examples built, the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 Convertible, previously sold by @luxsportmotorgroup. This example showed just 7,069 miles on the odometer at the time of photographing. The C7 Corvette ZR1 was first announced at the 2017 Dubai Motor Show and was built heavily based upon the Z06 platform. The C7 ZR1 features an aerodynamic package designed by Pratt & Miller’s Corvette racing team in wind tunnels. This package included a new front splitter, a massive bolted-on rear wing, and a number of other newly exterior features. As for the powertrain, the 2019 ZR1 is equipped from the factory with a 755 hp 6.2 L 376.0 cu in (6,162 cc) pushrod LT5 V8 engine with a 2.6 L Eaton supercharger, which is all paired to either a 7-speed Tremec TR-6070 manual transmission or an 8-speed GM 8L90 automatic transmission. Notably, the 2019 Corvette ZR1 is said to have a top speed of around 214mph. In total, just 2,441 Corvette ZR1 coupe examples were ever produced for the entire world for the model year which is a small fragment of the 34,000+ Corvette examples produced in 2019. The ZR1 model is not only a performance-driven beast, but also a true rarity, being that just 2,441 coupes and 512 convertibles were built total for the 2019 model year. This car is 1 of 197 ZR1 convertibles finished in ‘Sebring Orange’ and is equipped with the optional 3ZR Premium Equipment Group ($10,000), Track Performance Package ($2,995), and a 8-Speed Paddle Shift Auto transmission ($1,725).
