2018 EC ‘OnlyOne’ P8

2018 EC ‘OnlyOne’ P8

This is the highly intriguing hand-made one-off 2018 EC ‘OnlyOne’ P8 by former racing driver @eneacasoni. This unique creation is powered by a 4.3L V8 borrowed from the well-known Ferrari F430 model, and was built to be raw, fast, and race-ready if needed. Not many driving aids were included by Enea Casoni and his crew in the build, however, in order to satisfy potential customers, you’ll find amenities such as an ice-cold air conditioner, parking sensors, and even a convenient rear view camera. The P8 was built entirely in Modena, Italy and is also road legal. The body of the car is also hand-made built entirely out of carbon fiber and aluminum. One of the main goals for Casoni was to get the weight down to as low as possible, and they did that by making the P8 weigh only 2,645lbs, compared to its donor car the Ferrari F430’s total weight of 2,975lbs. The P8 has been seen listed for sale on Jamesedition.com for a eye-opening price of $2,800,000 and the owner Enea Casoni has mentioned this car will indeed remain a one-off. Some nice touches included on this project include features such as gullwing doors, a six-speed manual transmission, and an interior loaded with aluminium, carbon, leather, and Alcantara materials. It’s quite rare to come across a car that is truly one-of-a-kind, with no plans of any further examples being built, you can guarantee this will go down as an interesting project if not now, in the very near future. What do you think about the 2018 EC ‘OnlyOne’ P8?

How many made? Only one P8 was ever built, hence its nickname ‘OnlyOne’ and it will remain that way. A true 1 of 1. There is believed to be 2 prototypes built prior to the construction of this yellow car, but they are not exactly the same.

Engine: The engine used in the P8 comes straight from the Ferrari F430 but with a bit more power underneath the hood for the ‘OnlyOne’. The car is powered by a 4.3L V8 mated to a six-Speed manual gearbox that produces around 600 total horsepower.

Debut: The car caused quite a stir at its first ever public demonstration at the 2018 Gumball 3000 rally.
