The Italian automotive manufacturer known as Pagani Automobili S.p.A. is known worldwide for producing some of the world’s finest pieces of automotive artwork and machinery, and this car shown here is the roadster variant of the companies mid-engine sports car, known as the Pagani Huayra, which is named after ‘Wayra Tata’, a Quechua wind god. This is the extremely special 2019 Pagani Huayra Roadster chassis 76073, finished in a beautiful color known as ‘Azzurro Sardegna’ over a White/Tartan interior with Pagani’s signature chrome finishing and carbon fiber elements seen all throughout the cabin. Chassis 76073 is said to be 1 of just 14 right-hand drive examples of the Huayra Roadster ever produced, and is certainly an eye-catching specification to say the least. Every single component on the interior of the Huayra Roadster is entirely custom-made, so you can guarantee there was no borrowing of any parts during the development of these meticulous machines. The standard Huayra coupe, which was produced in just 100 total units for the world, debuted during a press release on January 25th of 2011, and the world wouldn’t see a roadster variant until many years later at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. In comparison to the coupe, there are many noticeable appearance differences, with the most obvious of them all being the removable roof. Also different from the coupe, is the rear engine cover, which now has taken on a new shape in order to accommodate for the roadster design. Perhaps the biggest and most notable change of them all is the door operation, which on the Huayra coupe is a gullwing style setup, while the Huayra Roadster features traditional doors.
How many made? 100 are planned to be produced.
