Bridging the gap between the Porsche 991-generation and the 992-generation in terms of aerodynamics and technological capabilities, this is the incredibly rare 2021 Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport 25 customer race car, a speciality model that was developed in just 30 units for the entire world in order to celebrate the 25th anniversary of German motorsport team, Porsche partner and tuner, @manthey_racing (Manthey-Racing GmbH), with this car being the 25th car built for the world. Based on the underpinnings of a 991-generation Porsche 911 GT2 RS Clubsport, the Clubsport 25 is a visceral package that delivers everything a Porsche enthusiast could ever hope and dream for, all in one mouth-watering package. The Clubsport 25 is equipped with a monstrous 3.8 liter and 515kW (700PS, 690hp) six-cylinder horizontally opposed engine with twin turbochargers which is paired to a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission. The Clubsport 25 features a number of 911 GT3 R-inspired track-oriented design elements such as a closed underbody, a central NACA duct, a completely redesigned front apron and front carbon fiber bonnet, and much, much more. Interiorly, the Clubsport 25 naturally features a removable escape hatch, a RECARO racing seat, an extinguishing system, as well as a six-point seat belt harness. You’ll also find an adjustable racing suspension as well as loads of carbon fiber bodywork, and the massive huge swan-neck rear wing truly sets this car apart. It’s believed that of the 30 examples produced, all utilizing equipment from Porsche's racing cars, only 6 of those examples are believed to reside in the US. This particular example, chassis number 25, is finished in ‘matte grey’ with bright green-yellow highlights over a black cloth interior, and is Operated by LechnerRacing in Salzburg, Austria. This grey and green livery is a tribute to Manthey Racing's racing 911 GT3 R, which was given the nickname, ‘GRELLO’.
