2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring

2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring

This is the 992-generation 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring (70736)! This particular 911 GT3 was originally delivered by @porschesouthpoint located in Durham, NC, and it’s finished in a one-off specification which includes an extremely rare paint-to-sample Viola Purple Metallic (W85) exterior finish. Inside the cabin is a mystical combination of Slate Gray and Chalk leather with Adaptive Sport seats and Viola Purple accents to make for a near-perfect blend. The car also features a number of personalized ‘Ingram Collection’ (@ingramexperience) touches which were designed for the owner of the vehicle. One of the Most notable differences that the touring package delivers in comparison to the standard GT3 is the loss of the rear wing, which is replaced by a more subtle, automated retractable rear wing. The Touring serves as a gentleman’s version of Porsche’s track-focused GT3, with more comfort elements, all while retaining the same naturally-aspirated 4.0L 9A1 flat-6 engine. Between the GT3 and the GT3 Touring, two transmission options are available, a 7-speed PDK transmission or a 6-speed manual. On the interior, in theme with toning down the GT3’s aggressive track-focused carbon fiber and Alcantara design, a majority of the cabin is dressed in soft leather on the seats and the dashboard. The 992-generation GT3 Touring is an excellent fusion of modern technology with a classic Porsche feel, and will likely go down as one of Porsche’s greatest models of all time. While the 992-generation GT3 Touring isn’t exactly a limited-production model as a whole, occasionally, options, paint colors, and other nuances allow a car to be considered a rarity. This is the only GT3 Touring in this specification for the entire world, and it’s certainly a fantastic combination of options!
